  • How long does the process take?

    The average resand takes from 3-5 days depending on size and finishings used.  

  • What is the process for the hardwood floor installation/resand?
    1. We first come in and seal off the areas that are not part of the work area.
    2. All existing flooring is then removed from the worksite.
    3. Flooring is installed.
    4. The floor is sanded with various machines and multiple grits of sandpaper.
    5. Finishes are then applied with sanding and cleaning between each coat. 
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule this?

    Typically we ask customers to schedule 2-4 weeks in advance. 

  • How long do you have to stay off the hardwood flooring?

    You can walk on it the day after. Furniture can be put back in 72 hours. Rugs can be placed in two weeks.
